This Privacy Policy explains how Unlikely (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use our internal projects dashboard (the “Service”). We keep this simple: your data is used only to run your dashboard sessions, and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Information we collect
When you sign in, we collect the account and profile information provided by your sign-in provider through our authentication provider (Clerk): your name, email address, and profile image. We also process minimal technical data required to maintain your session and your organization membership.
How we use your information
We use this information solely to authenticate you, manage your dashboard session, and determine which organizations and features you can access. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Service.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is processed only by the service providers that make the dashboard work — our authentication and session provider (Clerk) and our backend database (Convex) — and only to operate the Service on our behalf.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, our use of information received from Google APIs is limited to authenticating you and managing your session. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
