The Service is an internal dashboard that lets authorized members of an organization view and manage their projects and monitoring data. It is intended for use by invited organization members only.
Accounts & access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Access is granted through your organization and may be changed or revoked at any time. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, disrupting the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Personal data is used only to manage your dashboard sessions and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlikely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
